This week has no general topic, just my top 4 things to do when you are bored. Yes, it all comes back to boredom. ;)
4 fun things to do when you are bored!
#1- Plant a garden
This is a fun thing to do when it’s cool outside and your yard isn’t cool (in the other sense). Plant a few things and watch them grow! You might be surprised at how relaxing it is! These pictures are a before and after from when we landscaped our yard this week. Which picture do you like better?
#2- organize your room
Unless it is already organized from head to foot, it’s very likely that you need to do some reorganization. Maybe it is getting rid of that clutter on your desk or rearranging your clothes in your closet. And even though it seems like a chore, it’s actually fun to see how much you changed around your room!

#3- try your hand at some hand lettering
Even if you don’t really like writing, this kind can be soooo much fun! From cursive to calligraphy, having fun with your writing can be relaxing and will fill up your time! I suggest going online and looking for different styles and fonts for hand lettering, and then trying it out yourself. You might be surprised by what you find!
#4- host an online party
Who doesn’t like a party? I know I do! Why not have one...with all your friends, all in one place- on the internet! Choose your favorite platform, like Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom, and schedule a time to get all your friends together for some tea and toasting through the screen! If your friends aren’t familiar with each other, introduce one another and then put funny nicknames on everyone. There are so many fun online games that you can play on a fun online party like Jackbox games (https://jackbox.tv/) and bingo and so much more. Take advantage of the time that everyone is inside all the time!
